🔧 Standard Service Call

$99/hour
For in-home support, troubleshooting, setup, or repairs.
Minimum 1 hour per visit. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments.

🌐 Remote Support

$30/hour
Ideal for basic issues that can be resolved quickly and without an on-site visit.
Remote support is offered at 1GEEK1’s discretion, based on whether the issue can reasonably be diagnosed and fixed remotely.

If we determine the problem requires on-site attention, we will notify you before continuing.

🚨 Emergency or Off-Hours Service

$150/hour
Applies when:

• Immediate support is required outside of normal business hours.

• The client specifically requests an evening, weekend, or holiday appointment.

• A time-sensitive issue cannot wait for standard scheduling.

⏱ Minimum Billing Policy

• Remote Support: 30-minute minimum

• On-Site & Emergency Support: 1-hour minimum

• Time is billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum.

Remote support is available to clients across Canada.
